The new Animal Holding Facility (AHF) Pets online website is now launched!
The new website provides customers with information on each of the animals currently being held at the AHF, it includes animals that are available for immediate sale, those which require an Expression of Interest (EOI) and those available for rescue by the AHF rescue group partners.
Feel free to browse the new and improved website. Council encourages customers considering buying an animal to come in and interact with the animal that you are interested in before you purchase or place an EOI. You may also contact the AHF on 02-98396161 if you have any questions regarding the animals seen on the Pets online website.
Council adopts a Compulsory Desexing Policy.
All dogs and cats sold from the Animal Holding Facility will now be desexed.
For customers who purchase a dog or cat from the Facility there will be a single fee. For cats the fee will be $200 (Pensioners $175) and for dogs the fee will be $295 (Pensioners $270). These fees include, desexing, vaccinations, microchipping, registration and the sale price.
